Malifaux: The Gorgon's Tomb League Game Play

1: All players are allowed to play a MAXIMUM of 6 games per week to count towards the league. Players are not allowed to play the same person twice in a row.

2: If there are more than two players present to play (such as at a game club) each player flips a card. The highest flip chooses who they are fighting. The choice continues from highest to lowest until everyone is matched.

3: When choosing your opponent, you must choose which location you are fighting in. One controlled by your opponent or one controlled by you. The section you choose will determine what terrain is used.

Next is terrain placement.

1: Each player selects 6 pieces of terrain according to what is allowed in the combat location. (8 if a brawl)
2: Players alternate placing terrain on the table until they are out of pieces.
3: One player flips a card. This will determine how many Special Terrain pieces will be placed.

Black Joker: None
1-5: 1 piece
6-10: 2 pieces
11-13: 3 pieces
Red Joker: All
Players will alternate placing Special Terrain as with standard terrain. The player who flipped the card chooses the first piece of special terrain and choice is then given to the opponent. This is repeated until all special terrain pieces that were flipped are chosen. Terrain placement continues as normal.

Choosing Strategies:
One player flips a card. This will determine which SHARED STRATEGY will be played. Play continues as normal, both players choose their crews and Schemes. Gameplay then continues as normal.
